But what makes a surgeon creative?
The INSPIRE Study is the first ever international study of creativity in surgeons, with the objectives of:
- Identifying the characteristics of highly creative surgeons
- Exploring how surgeons’ creative potential changes over time
- Exploring surgeons’ perceptions of creativity
