    But what makes a surgeon creative?

    The INSPIRE Study is the first ever international study of creativity in surgeons, with the objectives of:

    1. Identifying the characteristics of highly creative surgeons
    2. Exploring how surgeons’ creative potential changes over time
    3. Exploring surgeons’ perceptions of creativity
